  • Customized hoodies are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that shows signs of use, washing, or alteration.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
